Smile Hotel Shah Alam Seksyen 9

strategic location & affordable price

Family room a bit small and cramped & difficult to get parking during working hours

The location of the property are bery strategic in the middle of town.

The television in my room were not functioning, another thing the sleeping mattress also were not solid, disturbing my sleep during the night, comfortabless.

I like the friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the water pressure in the bathroom is very good. The area has many shops, restaurants, etc., and the laundry is very close.

The room is quite small, there is no window, the room is not soundproof, it is easy to hear the activities of people next to the room, it is quite noisy after 12 midnight

Location

Room size n lift too small

Near by to ST Rosyam mart, petshop, dobi, plaza alam Sentral mall, food stall . Water pressure is good. Water filter dispenser outside room. Kettle, mug, mineral water in a cup inside room.

The bed not comfortable especially for me had Slip disc problem. The towel is small. Hotel & Room a bit smelly.

Near 24 hour supermarket and restaurants.

Traffic to the place is heavy at times.

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family.

Minimalist and clean

Even the room is clean but there is cockroach and insect.

It was a very bad experience, and will not stay here in future.

Booked 5 rooms for self and my family. But we get the room with a really bad condition. Air conditioning not function, smell taik in room, bad smell from smoking and even the comforter was very dusty. dont think they did a proper room cleaning. pls check the room condition before letting guest to check in!

This is my third time staying at Smile Shah Alam. We love staying here. The room is clean, fully equipped with individual iron for the room which is convenient as we don't have to call reception to send a shared iron to our room and use it within a specific time.I have knee issues and the hotel has an elevator to our rooms which is super convenient for me. The price is affordable. The best thing is it's located right in front of Rosyham 24hour Mart. We cud shop even at wee hours. The location has a lot of food stalls and eateries so not a problem to look for meals. I strongly recommend to those who want to find an affordable yet we'll equipped clean hotel. We plan to stay again when we want to do our grocery shopping at Rosyam Mart. Or just to explore eateries in Shah Alam.

Our room card was inaccessible on our check out date. We were out for breakfast and lunch and came back at 12.35pm. The receptionist said check out time is 12.30pm. It was unfair to us as during check in we had specifically asked if we could check out at 1pm and the receptionist on duty said yes.

The room that we get just nice and comfortable.

The staff very slow when we wanna check in, he need to working out his pace. The toilet need to be fix since there is cabinet that don't have door.

Strategic location, easy to find food.

The room is smaller than expected and smelly too. ( may be leakage from other room/ toilet)

location

1.family room too small - difficult to pray as 2 beds took up the room space. 2. beds need to be changed. it's very uncomfortable2.no tissues provided3.cabinet in toilet spoilt4. no water heater5. was told got iron in room but don't have.

Near so many other facilities needed.Ample of parking lot nearby even though only 3 lots provided by hotel.

A bit noisy late at night because of 24 hour mall nearby.

Good location with many access to restaurant, mart and laundry nearby

The painting with eyes on the wall does disturb me a lil bit. Nice art btw

The price rates should be lower. Below R100.

Remote tv not functioning. The bed was a bit sunken. Discomfort.

Near to supermarketNear to laundryGot lift

Water heater not functioning in morning before checkout.. maybe trip..TV channel not many

Easy access. Aircond functioning well. A lot of parking.

I have booked 2 rooms. One of the room smell a little bad. I think previous customer smoked in that room.

the hotel is close to shops and it is easy for visitors to get necessities

the counter keeper stated that the customer had not made the payment yet in the booking system the customer had made the payment2. The room smells bad and does not please the customer

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and I liked the painting on the wall. The pillow was comfortable too. I liked how the hotel had a water dispenser in the hallways. It took quite a while for the air con to make the whole room cold but I don't mind since it still worked just fine.

The toilet door was see through. The toilet had some kind of smell but it didn't smell bad, just a bit weird. There was a door that was connected to some kind of hallway for staff to put things. That door and the room's door wasn't really sound proof so we didn't have much privacy in our conversations. The heater doesn't work at all. The toilet seat wasn't really fixed in place.
